Kevin Carpenter

Kevin was named one of the 2022 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America by Savoy Magazine is an accomplished Vice President of Engineering, Cross-Culture Communicator, Global Business Partner, and Servant Leader. Presently Kevin is the Vice President, Global Operations and Integrated Supply Chain for Fortune 1000 Corporation, Toro. In his role, he has responsibility for procurement, manufacturing, order services, transportation and logistics.

He previously served as Vice President of Operations for Residential and Light Commercial Systems at Carrier, and held other leadership positions in the organization including Vice President of Quality and Continuous Improvement and Vice President of Advanced Manufacturing. Prior to joining Carrier, Kevin was Vice President of Manufacturing Services at Rockwell Automation, Inc. He also held earlier Engineering and Operations roles at General Electric, Magna International, Nexxus Lighting and General Motors/Delphi.

Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Youngstown State University, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering, with a Minor in Mathematics, from Morehouse College. He also completed Finance for Senior Executives at Harvard Business School in 2021, holds a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Ashland University, and two design patents in the Electrical industry.
